Refund policy
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request an EXCHANGE OR RETURN FOR STORE CREDIT.
If 5 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange or store credit.
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that SALE items and items purchased with a DISCOUNT CODE are considered Final Sale and NOT elegible for credit or exchanges.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@kalopsiashop.com . Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that all shipping fees — including those for returns or exchanges — are always covered by the customer.
We only change or credit one time the same invoice (no exception). If you use your store credit to purchase another item, that second purchase is considered final and cannot be returned or exchanged again. Our system does not allow credit on top of credit, or a second exchange.
Kalopsia Shop is not responsible for lost or any problem with the package once the tracking number have been sent to our client.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for exchange or store credit on sale items, items purchased with a discount code, or gift cards.
Refunds
No refunds are made for any reason. We do not refund money under any circumstances.
